Shah Rukh Khan’s Grand Home Expansion: What’s the Secret Plan?

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is known for his opulent lifestyle, and his iconic home Mannat in Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand area is a testament to his success. Now, the King of Bollywood is planning to make his dream home even more magnificent with a major upgrade.

Two New Floors for Mannat

According to reports, Shah Rukh and his wife Gauri Khan, who is also a renowned interior designer, have applied for permission to add two additional floors to their six-story mansion. The application was submitted to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) last month, and it was discussed in meetings held on December 10 and 11.

If approved, Mannat will boast a seventh and eighth floor, with an estimated construction cost of ₹25 crores. This grand expansion aims to make the luxurious residence even more impressive.

Heritage Meets Modernity

Mannat, originally built in 1914, is a heritage property spread over 2091.38 square meters. Despite its historic charm, the modern six-story structure currently serves as the Khan family’s residence. However, it is not yet clear how the family plans to utilize the proposed new floors.

Awaiting Approval

While the application is under review, fans are already intrigued by how this addition will redefine Mannat’s iconic status. Whether it’s for family use or a creative project, one thing is certain—Shah Rukh Khan’s vision for his home reflects his larger-than-life persona.

Stay tuned for updates as Mannat gears up for its next chapter in grandeur!
