Atrocities: 'Baba in the field... uncle in the room and father tied hands and legs and used to commit atrocities', minor said in the police station- I am pregnant

Sensational news has come out from Auraiya in UP. A 12-year-old girl, who reached Bidhuna police station with her aunt on Thursday evening, filed a complaint accusing her baba, father and uncle of rape. She also told that she is two months pregnant.

The police came into action on this and started questioning by taking the complaint from the girl. At the same time, the higher officials, on coming to know about the matter, ordered to register a report against the accused. The police sent the victim for medical examination and registered a report against the accused.

The 40-year-old father of the girl, a resident of a village in Bidhuna area, is a farmer. Baba (60), uncle (35) graze goats. The victim reached the police station and told the police that her father, baba and uncle used to sexually abuse her mother, due to which some time ago her mother took her with her to Delhi.

Some time ago, the father and uncle reached Delhi and brought her to the village with them. It is alleged that for about a year, Baba used to rape her by finding her alone in the field and uncle alone in the room and father tied her hands and legs.

They threatened to kill her if she told anything to anyone. Due to this, she did not tell anything to anyone and kept tolerating everything. Recently she came to know that she is two months pregnant. When the three accused came to know about this, they started beating her. They started planning to kill her.

Meanwhile, the teenager gathered courage and went to her aunt's house in Dibiyapur and told her everything. After this, on Thursday, the aunt took the minor along with her to the police station and filed a report. The police have detained the accused father and uncle for questioning.

'In Bidhuna police station, a minor has accused her Baba, father and uncle of rape. It has also come to light that the minor is two months pregnant. A report has been filed against the accused. The matter is being investigated.'
