Bones care: If your bones are making noise, then start eating these things
It is often seen that not only the elderly but even the general class people have a cracking sound from their bones. When you lift, sit or walk, you hear this kind of sound. So if this happens to you too, then you need to be alert. Because if it is not treated at the right time, then after some time it will become difficult for you to even walk.
VK Pandey, a well-known Ayurvedic doctor at Tagore Hill in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, said that this kind of sound is being seen in people of all ages, from young to old. Actually, this disease is called osteoarthritis. In this disease, the grease between your bones gets worn out and when two bones collide with each other, then this kind of cracking sound comes.
Why does grease wear off?
Dr VK Pandey said that one of the main reasons for grease wear off is standing at one place for a long time. Apart from this, drinking water while standing or many people do morning walk for 10-20 km. That means if you walk or stand too much than required, then such problems occur. Similarly, consuming too much junk food and not consuming protein-rich diet since childhood is one of the main causes of this disease.
Consume these things like this
• Fenugreek seeds – Fenugreek seeds are very beneficial in this disease. Soak fenugreek in water overnight and eat the fenugreek in the morning and drink the water.
• White sesame seeds – Calcium is found in abundance in white sesame seeds. Therefore, it is considered a panacea for bone problems. You can mix white sesame seeds with jaggery and make laddus and eat it.
• Ginger milk- Take a glass of warm milk and add a quarter teaspoon of ginger powder and a little jaggery to it. Ginger contains many essential elements and minerals. Which prove to be effective in strengthening bones. Drink it before sleeping at night.
• Date milk- Apart from this, before sleeping at night, add four dates and a handful of raisins in a glass of warm milk and leave it for half an hour and then drink it and eat the raisins and dates. Drink this about 4 hours before sleeping. Within a week you will see the tremendous benefits of this milk.
