In such a situation, if you are also planning to do something on the occasion of New Year, then first know about some things. If you do not do this, then due to a small mistake of yours, you may have to go to jail. So let's know what things you should keep in mind so that the celebration of New Year is not disturbed. You can know about this in the next slides...

First of all avoid these things:-
Rave parties are organized secretly at many places on New Year. You should avoid being a part of these parties

If you consume drugs in these parties, you can get into trouble and the police can take appropriate action against you

If you are caught consuming drugs in a New Year's party, you can even go to jail. Action can be taken against you under the Narcotics Act, in which getting bail is also very difficult. So celebrate, but avoid getting involved in any wrong activity.

Do not drink and drive

If you are driving after consuming alcohol on the occasion of New Year, you can get into trouble. In such a case, you can be fined and you can also go to jail. So do not do this. If you drive after drinking alcohol, action can be taken against you under the Motor Vehicle Act and you can be jailed for up to 6 months, fined or both.

Know that driving after drinking alcohol is completely illegal. So if you are going to a party somewhere, you can opt for a cab or someone who has not consumed alcohol can drive. In such a situation, neither your challan is deducted nor any action can be taken against you.
