Bhagyashree's recipe to reduce leg pain
Bhagyashree has told a simple exercise, which you can easily do by lying on the bed. For this, first lie down on your back and raise your legs upwards in the air and support your hips with a wall or flat surface. Then lift your legs and keep them straight on the wall. During this, your feet should be joined to each other. While doing this exercise, relax your legs. Now stay in this position for 10 to 20 minutes. This will give relief from pain in your legs and lower back.
