To make sesame jaggery laddu, you will need 1 cup of white sesame, jaggery - 1 cup and ghee. To make laddus, first dry roast the sesame seeds and let it cool. Add ghee to the melted jaggery and add sesame seeds. Mix it well and make small laddus.

Sesame-jaggery chikki

Chikki tastes very delicious. To make it, you will need sesame seeds - 1 cup, jaggery - 1 cup and ghee - 1 teaspoon. While making chikki, lightly roast the sesame seeds. After this, melt the jaggery and add ghee to it. Mix the sesame seeds and spread it on a smooth plate and let it cool. Cut into square pieces with a knife.

Sesame-jaggery kheer
Sesame-jaggery kheer tastes very good in the winter season. To make kheer, you will need sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons, jaggery - 1/2 cup, rice - 1/4 cup, milk - 1 liter and dry fruits. To make kheer, cook rice in milk. Roast the sesame seeds and add them to the kheer. Add jaggery and cook on low flame. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.

Sesame-Jaggery Paratha
If you are thinking of making something different, then make sesame-jaggery paratha. For this, first of all keep wheat flour - 2 cups, sesame - 2 teaspoons, jaggery - 1/2 cup and ghee for frying. To prepare it, add water to the flour and knead soft dough. After this, fill the mixture of jaggery and sesame and roll the parathas. Finally apply ghee on the pan and fry and serve hot.
