Do you want to join any government scheme? If yes, then first you have to check whether you are eligible for that scheme or not. This becomes necessary because any scheme has an eligibility list and only those people who are in this scheme get the benefit of that scheme. For example, Ayushman Bharat Yojana under which Ayushman cards are made only for eligible people. If your card is also made, then you can avail the benefit of free treatment. First know about eligibility:-
Step 1
To check whether your Ayushman card will be made or not, first of all you have to go to the official website of the scheme https://pmjay.gov.in/
Then here you will see the option 'Am I Eligible', click on it
Then fill the captcha code given on the screen
After this, fill the 10 digit mobile number and then click on verify

Step 2
Then fill the OTP received on the mobile number and login by filling the captcha code along with it
Then choose the scheme and also select your state
After this you have to choose 'Sub Scheme' and also choose your district
Then go to 'Search by' and choose Aadhar card or any other document
If you have chosen Aadhar number, then fill its number and fill the captcha code and finally click on search, after which you will know whether you are eligible to get Ayushman card or not

If you want, you can get Ayushman card made online by visiting the official website https://pmjay.gov.in/, whereas, apart from this you can go to your nearest CSC center
Here your eligibility is checked and documents are verified
Then after everything is found correct, your application is done
After this you can download your Ayushman card in some time.

If you have got Ayushman card made, then after this you can get your treatment done for free. For this you have to go to those hospitals which are registered in this scheme, which includes both government and private hospitals. You can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh every year with Ayushman card.
