Husband became a monster for 'Halala', dragged his wife and forcefully made her sleep in the arms of Maulana. The woman kept pleading to leave her. The video went viral on social media

It is being claimed on social media about the viral video that this Muslim youth had divorced his wife. After this, the husband first forcibly dragged his wife to Maulana to get her Halala done. During this, the woman is crying loudly and pleading to leave her. Even after the wife's crying, the husband's heart does not melt. He brings his wife and forcefully makes her sleep in the arms of Maulana.

Know what is Halala

In Islam, if a man gives triple talaq to a woman and then the woman marries another man, the process is called Nikaah Halala. This marriage (Nikah) is mainly done by some sects of Sunni Muslims. According to Sharia, if a man has given triple talaq to a woman, then now that man cannot marry that woman again unless that woman marries another man and divorces him. The second husband cannot be forced to give divorce, if he does not want to give divorce then both of them will live with the relationship of husband and wife. So for Nikah Halala, if a divorced woman marries another man, if the woman and the second man have married with the intention of taking and giving divorce then that marriage will not be valid and both the woman and the man will be rejected from Islam, if for any reason she consummates the marriage with the man and divorces him so that she can be justified to remarry her first husband.
