New Delhi: There is a tussle going on regarding the organization of ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The hosting of Champions Trophy is with Pakistan. Due to the ongoing controversy over the hosting, the final schedule of the tournament has not been released yet. A meeting was to be held on November 29 regarding this, but it was postponed. At the same time, now according to a report, in the ICC meeting held regarding the Champions Trophy, Pakistan has agreed to conduct the tournament on a hybrid model, but for that the PCB has laid down three big conditions.

The entire controversy over the ICC Champions Trophy is going on about the Indian cricket team not going to Pakistan. The Indian government has clearly said that Team India will not go to Pakistan at any cost. In such a situation, the BCCI has demanded to organize the Champions Trophy at a neutral venue or on a hybrid model, but the Pakistan Cricket Board was not ready to accept this proposal of BCCI, but now its attitude seems to be loosening a bit.

Pakistan has laid down three big conditions

The Pakistan Cricket Board has laid down three big conditions regarding the organization of the ICC Champions Trophy. The Pakistan Cricket Board has agreed to the hybrid model, but for this it has laid down some conditions.

First condition - The Indian cricket team will play all its matches of the Champions Trophy in Dubai. This will include the group stage, semi-finals and finals if they reach. In such a situation, all the knockout matches will be played in Dubai.

Second condition - Pakistan has kept Lahore as backup hosting in its second condition. According to this condition, if the Indian team is out of the group stage and is unable to reach the knockout round, then in such a situation the semi-finals and finals will be held in Pakistan under any circumstances.

Third condition- Pakistan Cricket Board has said in its third condition that Pakistan cricket team will not tour India for any ICC event in future. Pakistan will play all its matches at neutral venues.
