Amidst the morning rush, we all crave something quick to prepare, delicious to eat, and absolutely perfect for our health. If you, too, are bored of eating the same old *poha*, *upma*, and *parathas* every day, then today we have brought you a brand-new and fantastic recipe.

This recipe is for Apple Yogurt Pancakes. Yes, these pancakes are sure to be a hit—not just with children, but with adults as well. The subtle sweetness of apples combined with the creamy tang of yogurt creates a magical flavor combination that will leave you licking your fingers in delight.
The best part is that you won't have to spend hours sweating away in the kitchen to make them. They are healthy because, instead of refined flour (*maida*), we will be using whole wheat flour.
**Ingredients for Apple Yogurt Pancakes**
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 peeled and grated apple
½ cup fresh yogurt
2 teaspoons honey or jaggery powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
A little butter or *desi ghee* (for cooking)
Milk as needed (to adjust the batter consistency)
**Method for Making Apple Yogurt Pancakes**
First, in a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder, and mix them thoroughly. The aroma of cinnamon will give the pancakes that authentic "bakery-style" feel.
Now, add the fresh yogurt, grated apple, and honey (for sweetness) to the same bowl. Mix all these ingredients well using a spoon.
The pancake batter should be neither too thick nor too thin, like water. If the batter feels too stiff, gradually add milk, a little at a time, until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Now, place a non-stick pan or griddle (*tava*) on the stove and heat it. Grease the surface by applying a little butter or *ghee*. Next, pour a large spoonful of the batter onto the griddle and gently spread it out into a round shape (do not spread it as thinly as you would a *chilla*).
Keep the heat on medium. Once small bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pancake and the edges look slightly set, carefully flip it over. Cook the other side until it turns a light golden brown and becomes crispy.

And just like that, your piping hot and super healthy Apple Yogurt Pancakes are ready! Transfer them to a plate. If you wish, you can drizzle a little extra honey over them, or garnish and serve them with chopped almonds, walnuts, and fresh fruit.
