Tips To Bath Correctly: Most people make some mistakes while bathing, due to which dirt remains in some parts of their body. You will be surprised to know that even after scrubbing and bathing, some parts of your body do not get clean. Health experts believe that cleaning these parts is necessary, because not doing so can harm health. Some parts do not get cleaned because these parts remain hidden from our eyes. Know about those 3 parts of the body, which can remain dirty even after scrubbing and bathing.

Dr. Yugal Rajput, Dermatologist of GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, UP, said that the navel is one such part, which often remains dirty while bathing. Due to being small, the navel is not cleaned properly. Sweat, oil, dust and dead cells can accumulate in the navel. If the navel is not cleaned daily, it starts smelling and infection can also occur. In such a situation, the navel should be cleaned gently with slightly wet cotton or ear cleaning buds.
According to experts, the part behind the ear is not cleaned properly while bathing. The skin behind the ear is oily and sweat and dirt accumulate here quickly. Often people do not pay attention to this part while bathing. This can cause bacteria to grow here. While bathing, it is necessary to wash the skin behind the ear properly with soap and water. The third part is the back, which is not cleaned properly while bathing. In fact, even our hands are not able to reach this place.
The back is the largest part of the body, but it is difficult to wash it completely. Many people are not able to reach their hands to the back, due to which a layer of dirt and dead cells accumulates there. A long brush or back scrubber should be used to clean the back properly. Apart from this, the back of the neck is often covered with hair and sweat and dust accumulate there. If this part is not cleaned, the skin may turn black. Be sure to clean this part in summer.

According to the doctor, there is a place in the body where you pour water, but it does not get cleaned. We wash our hands and feet, but do not pay attention to the parts between the fingers. These parts remain moist and closed, due to which bacteria and fungus can easily grow there. It is important to clean these parts with soap and dry them thoroughly afterwards.
