How to Make Samosa at Home: It is not possible that it is the rainy season and you don't feel like eating something spicy. This is the reason why samosas, pakodas, tikkis, and chaat are available in every street and locality at very low prices during this season. But, it is not considered right to eat snacks made in the market every day. Due to this, we are going to teach you to make such a snack at home, which is eaten with great gusto by everyone, from adults to children.

Here we are talking about samosa, which you get in the market for 10 to 20 rupees, but in the rainy season, you should not eat much outside food. Due to this, we are going to tell you the method of making a samosa like a confectioner at home. So, when a samosa like a confectioner can be prepared at home, then why eat fried food from outside?
Ingredients for making the flour dough
Flour – 2 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp (for kneading)
Water – for kneading
Stuffing Ingredients
Boiled potatoes – 4 medium-sized
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Green chillies – 1-2
Ginger – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – according to taste
Green coriander – a little
Oil – 1-2 tsp (for frying)
Method of preparing the dough
First of all, it is time to prepare the flour dough, so put flour, salt, ajwain, and oil in a big vessel. Mix all the things well and knead the flour by adding water little by little. When it is kneaded tightly, cover it and keep it aside. Keep in mind that you do not have to leave it open like this.
How to prepare the stuffing?
Now it is time to prepare the stuffing, so first boil the potatoes and mash them by hand. After mashing the potatoes, heat some oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, ginger, and green chillies to it.
After roasting the spices, add peas and mashed potatoes to it. Now it is time to add coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt, and green coriander, so after mixing all the things, cook it for 5 minutes. Now let it cool down. Fill it in the samosa only after it cools down completely.

Lastly, it is time to prepare the samosa, so for that, make a small ball from the kneaded dough and roll it and cut it from the middle. Cut half part like a cone and stick the edges with water. Now fill 1-2 spoons of stuffing in it and close it from the bottom. You have to prepare all the samosas in this way. When the samosas are ready, heat oil in a pan and put the samosas in it. Fry them till they turn golden from all sides. When they turn golden, take them out and serve hot with chutney.
