This spaghetti recipe with mushrooms and spinach is quite easy and quick to make. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. This recipe is healthy as well as delicious.

Ingredients:
200 grams of spaghetti
200 grams of mushrooms
250 grams spinach
1 clove of garlic
50 grams fresh cream
Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Instructions:
Boil the spaghetti in a large pot. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Sort, wash, and chop the spinach leaves.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil or cooking oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté well for 2-3 minutes. Now add the chopped spinach leaves and sauté for a little longer.
Add the chopped garlic to this pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, then add the cream and mix well. Add salt and pepper.
After the spaghetti is boiled, drain it completely, but reserve some of the cooking water. Now, add the reserved spaghetti water to the mushroom and spinach mixture to thicken the sauce, and mix well.
Now add the boiled spaghetti to the prepared sauce, coat it well, and serve hot with cheese sprinkled on top.
