CM Vijay's latest film, 'Jan Nayakan', is set to release in theaters soon. Meanwhile, a famous cinema hall in Bengaluru has announced that it will not screen the film. The cinema stated that this decision was taken because an agreement on commercial terms could not be reached with the producers, KVN Productions.

**Cinema's Statement**
In an official statement on Instagram, the cinema mentioned that the terms proposed by KVN Productions differed from the standard practices followed with other distributors.
They wrote, "CM Vijay's 'Jan Nayakan' is not being screened at Victory Cinema. We know many of you were looking forward to watching this film with us. We were equally eager to bring it to our screens. Victory Cinema was prepared to screen 'Jan Nayakan' based on several conditions."

**Terms Could Not Be Met**
They further added, "Unfortunately, the terms put forward by the producers, KVN Productions, differed from our own. Despite our efforts, an agreement could not be reached. Therefore, we have taken this step."
The cinema also extended its best wishes to the makers of 'Jan Nayakan' for the film's success.

The cinema concluded, "We wish 'Jan Nayakan' and Thalapathy Vijay great box-office success. To our patrons, thank you for your unwavering love. We will continue to bring the best cinema to you."

**When Will the Film Release?**
Meanwhile, CM and actor Vijay announced the film's new release date in an Instagram post. He also unveiled a new poster for the film, confirming that 'Jan Nayakan' will be released in theaters on July 23.
