Ingredients for making Mango Lassi
1 ripe mango
1 cup thick curd
1/2 cup milk
2-3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Ice cubes
Chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
Method
To make Mango Lassi, first of all, put the mango pieces in a blender and grind them well so that a smooth puree is formed. After this, add curd, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder in the same blender. Blend all the ingredients well until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Keep in mind that there should not be less sugar in it. Bland Mango Lassi feels very strange to drink. After tasting it, turn off the blender. Now keep it in the fridge for a while.
If the lassi is to be served immediately, then blend the Mango Lassi once with ice cubes, so that it becomes cold. After this, take out the Mango Lassi in a glass. Now add chopped nuts to decorate the mango lassi. Cold mango lassi will provide relief to your body.
