I used to just wait for these days to pass, but then I realized that it's in my own hands to get out of this dull mood. By finding joy in the little things you enjoy, you too can learn to turn those bad days into the most enjoyable ones. Today, I'm sharing 8 fun and effective ways to stay motivated and happy.

1. Breakfast with Music -
Start your day with a 'creative breakfast challenge'. Try a new recipe, like funky-shaped pancakes or a colorful smoothie bowl. Play your favorite music in the kitchen and dance while you cook. This small gesture will set a positive tone for your entire day.
2. Homemade Spa Therapy -
Take a spa break at home. Apply a face mask, massage your hair with oil, and paint your nails your favorite color. Wear your comfiest pajamas, light candles, and relax while watching your favorite movie. This is the cheapest and best way to pamper yourself.
3. Solo Date -
Why be shy about going out alone? Go to that cafe you've been wanting to go to, or enjoy a movie alone. Get ready, dress up, and take yourself on a proper date. Enjoying your own company will make you feel confident and independent.
4. Be an artist -
You don't have to be an artist to paint. Grab a canvas or paper, play with colors, and create whatever comes to mind. Call it abstract art. Listen to music and let your emotions flow through the painting. It's a very relaxing experience.
5. Digital Detox -
