Now we are going to tell you the recipe for moong dal sandwich, which will help you in this matter. Many people want to have something for breakfast which is full of taste and is also beneficial for health. This dish will meet your expectations in every way. This can be a great option. Feeding moong dal to children is a very difficult task. You can make them eat it in the form of a sandwich. All the members of the house will like its taste. This dish is easily prepared in less time. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients
Moong dal (soaked for 6 hours) – 1 bowl
Bread slices – 6
Green chillies chopped – 3
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp.
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Butter
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
- First of all, we have to prepare moong dal fry. For this, take moong dal and soak it in water for at least 6 hours.
- After the stipulated time, put oil in a pan and keep it on low flame for heating. When the oil is hot, add grated ginger and finely chopped green chilies and fry.
- After this, add soaked moong dal to it, mix it while stirring with the help of a ladle, and fry it.
- Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, a pinch of asafoetida to the lentils and mix everything, and fry the lentils until their water dries up.
- After this turn off the gas flame. Now take out the moong dal on a plate add green coriander to it and mix.

- Now take two slices of bread and spread the prepared moong dal mixture between them. Now cover one slice with the other.
- After this place a non-stick pan/tawa on medium flame. After this apply butter on both sides of the bread and keep it on the pan for roasting.
- Bake the bread until it becomes golden from both sides. After this take out the sandwich in a plate. Similarly, prepare sandwiches with other bread slices.
