Actress Rashmika Mandanna has wrapped up the shoot for a major underwater action sequence for her upcoming film, 'Myasa'. According to the makers, this is India's first female-led underwater fight scene, in which the actress performed the stunts herself without using a body double.

**Makers Share a Behind-the-Scenes Glimpse**
The makers shared a glimpse of the scene and behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos from the shoot on social media. Rashmika spent approximately 20 hours underwater over the course of two days to complete this sequence.
Sharing the update, the makers wrote, "India's first female-led underwater fight scene featuring Rashmika Mandanna. The surface was never the limit. A battle lies hidden in the depths—one that Indian cinema has never seen before.
Get ready to witness this spectacular sight." In another post, the makers announced the completion of the scene and added that the film's teaser would be announced soon.
**Rashmika Calls It the Toughest Task of Her Life**
Rashmika also shared her experience of shooting the scene on her Instagram Stories. Describing it as the toughest challenge of her career so far, she wrote, "I know I’ve been away for a while, but this is what we were doing. This is the toughest task of my life so far. We are very excited about it, and I am thrilled too. Let's get started."

**The Film's Storyline**
Directed by Ravindra Pulle and produced by Unformula Films, 'Myasa' is described as an emotional action-thriller set against the backdrop of tribal regions. This marks Rashmika Mandanna's first female-led pan-India action film, and it is scheduled for theatrical release in 2026.
