Shahi Falooda Recipe: Adults, as well as children, are fond of it, this street food has made its place in homes as well

Anyone can crave Falooda in the summer season. Eating it is a different pleasure. Children as well as adults are fond of it. It is quite popular as a street food. It is also liked a lot in homes. It can be prepared in different flavors. You must have tasted normal Falooda but today we are going to tell you the method of making Shahi Falooda. Although it wins everyone's heart, children especially like it. It is also easy to make. If you also want to enjoy it in these summers, then you can make it easily by following our recipe.

Ingredients
Mawa, Rose Flavor Kulfi – 6
Milk – 1/2 liter
Sabja seeds – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Gelatin powder – 2 teaspoons
Strawberry syrup – 3 teaspoons
Falooda Mix Pistachio Flavor – 1
Dry fruits finely chopped – 1/3 cup
Tutti Frutti – 2 teaspoons
Choco chips – 2 teaspoons
Cherry – 2 teaspoons
Rose syrup – as required
Recipe
- First of all, take sabja seeds and soak them in 2 cups of water. In about 15 minutes the sabja seeds will swell i.e. they are ready.
- After this, to make jelly, put two cups of water in a vessel add 3 tablespoons of sugar to it, and put it on the gas to boil.
- When the sugar dissolves in the water, mix gelatin powder in it. After a few seconds, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
- After this, add strawberry syrup and mix it. Now keep this mixture in the fridge. Do not use the freezer to freeze the jelly, otherwise the ice will freeze on the jelly.

- Now pour milk in a vessel and put it on the gas to boil. When the milk boils 2 to 3 times, add pistachio falooda mix to it.
- Cook the milk until it thickens. During this, keep the flame of the gas low. After the milk thickens, turn off the gas and let it cool down.
- After cooling a little, keep the milk in the freezer. When Sabja, Pistachio Falooda Kulfi, and Jelly freeze, pour it in a glass.
- First, add Sabja. Then add Pistachio Falooda Mix, Rose Kulfi, then Rose Syrup and Jelly, and ice cubes.
- After this, add Sabja again and then Mawa Kulfi, Rose Syrup, Tutti Frutti Choco Chips and Dry Fruits. Shahi Falooda is ready.
