Kimami Seviyan
It is not possible to talk about Eid sweets and not mention vermicelli. Sweet vermicelli can be made in many ways. You can choose it according to your taste and preference. To prepare Kimami Seviyan, you will just need sugar, nuts, cardamom powder, and vermicelli. After preparing the syrup, add roasted vermicelli and nuts and cook. When the vermicelli is cooked, turn off the gas. It becomes quite dry.
Sheer Khurma
Sheer Khurma is prepared with milk and vermicelli. Many people use dates instead of sugar in it. You can serve it hot or cold. It completely depends on your taste. This sweet has been liked since the Mughal period.
Shahi Tukda
If you want to prepare something different, then Shahi Tukda is a better option. To prepare it, first prepare the syrup. Now after toasting the bread, put it in the syrup. Firni
