Tuesday Puja Tips: Follow this method while worshipping Lord Hanuman, and all your troubles will be removed by the grace of the Lord..

Hanuman Ji Puja Rules: In Sanatan Dharma, Tuesday is considered a very auspicious day. This day is dedicated to Hanuman Ji, the symbol of strength, courage, and devotion. Hanuman Ji is considered the awakened deity of the Kali Yuga, who removes the troubles of his devotees in an instant. But a secret of Hanuman Ji's worship is that he is even happier when the name of his beloved Lord Rama is chanted.

If you are constantly facing obstacles in your life or are surrounded by mental and physical suffering, then worship both Hanuman Ji and Lord Rama on Tuesday using this special method.

Puja Method
Wake up early on Tuesday morning, take a bath, and wear red or orange clothes. Red is very dear to Hanuman Ji and is a symbol of energy. Clean the puja room and place the idols of Hanuman Ji along with Lord Rama, Mother Sita, and Lakshman Ji. Then perform their worship according to the prescribed rituals.

Lighting the Lamp
Lighting a lamp with jasmine oil is considered very auspicious in Hanuman Ji's worship. So, light a lamp with jasmine oil. If possible, apply a paste of vermilion and jasmine oil to the idol. This pacifies the inauspicious effects of the planets.

Chanting the Name of Shri Rama
The simplest and most effective way to please Hanuman Ji is to chant the name of Shri Rama. During the puja, chant the name "Rama-Rama" at least 108 times. When you chant the name of Shri Rama, Hanuman Ji himself becomes your protector. You can also recite the 'Rama Raksha Stotra'.

Reciting Hanuman Chalisa and Bajrang Baan
Recite the Hanuman Chalisa with devotion.
If you are surrounded by a major crisis or enemy, reciting the Bajrang Baan is considered very auspicious.
Reciting the Sundarkand on Tuesday is also considered extremely fruitful.

Offer these Divine Offerings
Offer Hanuman Ji boondi ladoos, chickpeas, and jaggery. Offering betel leaves is also considered very fruitful. After offering the food to the deity, be sure to distribute it as prasad (blessed food) among the poor and children.

Keep these things in mind:
Observe celibacy on Tuesdays.
Eat a sattvic (pure and wholesome) diet on this day and completely abstain from meat and alcohol.
After worshipping Lord Hanuman, perform the aarti (ritual of waving lamps) and finally, perform the aarti of Lord Rama as well.
Ask for forgiveness for any mistakes made during the puja (worship).
