Varun Dhawan Changes the Release Date of 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai' Again; Pens a Post Dedicated to Yash..

The release date for this upcoming film—starring Varun Dhawan, Pooja Hegde, and Mrunal Thakur—has been rescheduled multiple times. Keeping box office dynamics in mind, the filmmakers are making every possible effort to ensure that no major film is released in proximity to theirs.

Last Wednesday, Varun Dhawan took to social media to share a post revealing the new release date for his film. The actor clarified that the movie is now set to hit theaters on June 5th. Prior to this, the release date had already been altered twice.

The film's release date is clearly linked to Yash's *Toxic*. Initially, Yash's highly anticipated *Toxic* was scheduled to arrive in theaters on March 19th; however, considering the immense buzz surrounding *Dhurandhar: The Revenge*, the makers pushed back its release.

Yash postponed his film's release by approximately three months to ensure that the storm created by *Dhurandhar: The Revenge* would not negatively impact his movie. Following the March 19th slot, Yash had announced that his film would be released on June 4th; however, that date has now been pushed back even further.

Yash stated that *Toxic* will no longer be released on June 4th. In his response, he did not explicitly clarify the specific reason behind the postponement of the film's release. However, he hinted that the new date was determined based on the response the film's trailer has been receiving in international markets.

When Yash had initially announced that *Toxic* would be released on June 4th, the release of the film starring Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, and Pooja Hegde was pushed back from its originally scheduled date of June 5th. The film was subsequently slated to hit theaters on June 12th.

A few days after this decision, the filmmakers once again reversed their stance, announcing that this David Dhawan directorial would be released *earlier* than scheduled—specifically on May 22nd. However, on April 29th—following the postponement of *Toxic*—Varun announced that his film would indeed be released on its originally scheduled date: June 5th. In a social media post, Varun Dhawan announced that his film, *Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai*, will be released on its scheduled date. The actor expressed his gratitude to Yash, crediting him for enabling the film's timely release. Additionally, the actor noted that this is the first film to be released following the IPL.
