She said, "I haven't cared about my on-screen age because I'm very confident and I know who I am. I don't have anything to prove, so I keep taking risks. People often ask me, 'Why do you look so old on screen?' I say it doesn't matter. This is the character I'm playing, and it really excites me."

Men play romantic roles at 60
The actress acknowledged that the industry is hesitant to give good roles to older actresses. She said, "It's only in this industry that women have an expiry date. It's very sad. Men in their 60s can still do romantic lead roles, while women can't. I've never cared much about this."
