How to make parathas?

There are two ways to make parathas. To make a stuffed paratha:

Step 1 – If making parathas with potato, spinach, fenugreek, bathua, onion, etc., you can mix the ingredients directly into the dough while kneading.
Step 2 – Alternatively, knead the dough with a little cumin, carom seeds (ajwain), or salt.
Step 3 – Then, form a dough ball and stuff it with the filling.
Step 4 – Ensure that the filling ingredient—whether paneer, corn, spinach, or cauliflower—is dry.
Step 5 – Do not add salt to the stuffing mixture beforehand, as it causes the mixture to release water. This causes the parathas to tear while rolling.
Step 6- Now, roll out the parathas and cook them until golden brown.
Step 7- Cook using ghee or oil and serve hot.
