Amitabh Bachchan is currently hosting the show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 18’ and is making headlines for it. However, the actor is now in the news for another reason.

**Three Floors Rented Out**
According to reports, Amitabh Bachchan has rented out three floors of his commercial property in Andheri West, Mumbai, to the nutrition brand 'Trunativ F&B Private Limited'. In return, he will receive a monthly rent of ₹33 lakh. Registration documents related to the property indicate that the deal is for a period of five years.

**Total Area of ​​8,428 Square Feet**
Amitabh Bachchan has rented out the top three floors of the 'Signature' building located in Oshiwara, Andheri West.
The total carpet area of ​​these three floors is approximately 8,428 square feet.
The lease commenced on August 15, 2026.
The rent for the property has been fixed at approximately ₹392 per square foot per month.
Amitabh Bachchan is expected to earn around ₹21.88 crore in rent over the entire five-year lease period.

**Security Deposit of ₹1.98 Crore**
As part of the deal, Trunativ has also deposited a security deposit of ₹1.98 crore.
Additionally, there is a provision for a 5 percent annual increase in rent.
Along with the property, the company has also secured the right to park nine vehicles in the building's designated parking area.
No official statement regarding this deal has been issued by either Amitabh Bachchan or Trunativ so far.

**Big B Has Rented Out Property Before**
This is not the first time Amitabh Bachchan has rented out his commercial property in Mumbai.
In 2023, he rented out four office units in Mumbai's 'Lotus Signature' building to Warner Music Private Limited.
Under that deal, he received a monthly rent of ₹17.30 lakh. This lease commenced in March 2024 and included 12 dedicated parking slots.

Expanding Real Estate Investment in Ayodhya Too

Amitabh Bachchan has increased his property investments not only in Mumbai but also in Ayodhya.
He has made a significant investment in land in Ayodhya.

At the HT Real Estate Summit, Abhinandan Lodha revealed that Amitabh Bachchan had personally contacted him regarding the purchase of land in Ayodhya.
He mentioned receiving the call around 3 AM while he was in Australia.
