Barley flour
Lentil powder
Sesame powder
Multani mitti (in powder form)
Palash flower powder
Gram flour

How to prepare this ubtan?
- First of all, grind all the ingredients finely, if they are not already in powder form.
- Take an equal quantity of 100 grams of each ingredient.
- Mix them well and store them in an airtight glass bottle or container. You can keep this mixture safe for 30 days.
- Whenever you want to use it, take 1-2 teaspoons of this mixture in a small bowl and add:
1. Rose water
2. A little milk
3. One teaspoon of honey
Mix all these and prepare a smooth paste. This will become a soft and gentle ubtan for your skin.

- First of all, wet your skin slightly. You can apply this ubtan on face, neck, and body.
- Now apply this paste and scrub with light hands, like applying soap.
- If you want, leave it on the skin like this for 5-10 minutes so that it starts drying.
- Then wash off with lukewarm or cold water.
