Bad News for Jio Users! Free JioCinema Subscription Removed from These Plans

Reliance Jio has quietly discontinued the free JioCinema subscription from all its prepaid plans. Following the merger of JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar, Jio has now introduced a new paid streaming service called JioHotstar.

📢 Jio Plans That No Longer Include JioCinema

Jio has removed JioCinema from all its prepaid plans ranging from ₹249 to ₹3,599. Now, users will only get free access to JioTV and JioCloud, while JioHotstar will require a separate subscription.

🔹 New JioHotstar Subscription Plans:
✅ ₹149/month – Ad-supported (720p streaming)
✅ ₹299/month – Premium plan
✅ ₹1,499/year – Annual Premium

📺 Jio Plans That Still Offer Free JioHotstar

Jio users can still get free access to JioHotstar with these select plans:

🔹 ₹195 Cricket Pack – 28 days validity, 15GB high-speed data (data-only pack)
🔹 ₹949 Plan – 90 days validity, unlimited calls, 2GB/day data, 100 SMS/day

Other OTT Benefits in Jio Entertainment Plans

Jio is still offering free access to:
✔ Amazon Prime Video
✔ Netflix
✔ FanCode
✔ JioSaavn Pro
✔ ZEE5-SonyLIV Combo

🎬 What This Means for Jio Users?

If you were enjoying free JioCinema, you’ll now need to subscribe to JioHotstar separately. However, Jio still offers some OTT benefits in select plans.
