Curd
Beetroot
Cold water
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Cumin seeds whole
Ghee
Ginger
Green chillies
Ice cubes
Method
- First of all, cut the beetroot into small pieces. Boil it. Now put it in the mixer.
- Grind it well in the mixer. Now take it out in a bowl.
- Add some more cold curd, and cold water and mix well. Now put ghee in a pan.
- When it becomes hot, add cumin seeds, finely chopped ginger, and green chilies and fry them. Add it to the curd mixture and mix well.
- Pour it into a glass and put some mint leaves and finely chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Put 1-2 ice cubes in it and then enjoy drinking cold.
