Box Office Collection: 'Housefull 5' still has the upper hand, 'Thug Life' is out of form, know the collection of other films..

These days, there is fierce competition between many films at the box office. On one hand, Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh's much-awaited comedy film 'Housefull 5' is giving a full dose of laughter to the audience, on the other hand, Kamal Haasan's action-packed film 'Thug Life' did not get the expected response. In this report, let us know who prevailed between these two films and which film emerged as the first choice of the audience.

'Housefull 5' rocks the box office.

Housefull 5 has made a bang at the box office with its release. The film proved with its first day's earnings that the audience likes content full of fun and entertainment. A big jump was seen in the film's earnings over the weekend and in the first five days, the film has crossed the total figure of 111.25 crores. The film earned 10.75 crores on Tuesday i.e. the fifth day.

The success of this film has also proved that the fan following of this series is still tremendous. The audience not only appreciated the story but also liked the comic timing of Akshay and Ritesh. 'Housefull 5' has joined the select few films to enter the 100 crore club in India this year, making it a relief news for Bollywood.

'Thug Life' expectations dashed.

People had high expectations from the pair of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, but Thug Life could not live up to these expectations. The film had a decent opening but after that, its graph fell rapidly. After the initial days, the film's earnings fell drastically, and till now the total collection has reached only 40.95 crores. The film collected only 1.25 crores on Tuesday. The mixed response of critics and audience has slowed down the pace of this film.

'Bhool Chook Maaf' also showed great strength.

At the same time, Rajkummar Rao and Vamika Gabbi's Bhool Chook Maaf have maintained their stronghold at the box office despite the low budget. This film has slowly entered the club of 70 crores. This content-based film has received a lot of appreciation not only from the audience but also from the critics. This film collected 50 lakhs on Tuesday whereas a day before that the film could earn only 39 lakhs.

Hollywood's claim was also not far behind

Tom Cruise's Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning is also getting a great response in India. The film has earned about 99.33 crores so far. The special thing is that both the Hindi and English versions of the film have been liked equally. While on one hand the Hindi version of the film earned 14 lakhs on Tuesday, the English version did a business of 48 lakhs.
