Ingredients

Paneer - 250 grams
Green chilli paste - 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Whole green chilli - 2
Garlic cloves - 7-8
Virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Curd - 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste

Method

- First of all, cut the paneer into small cubes. Put the paneer in a bowl.

- Now to marinate, add curd, dry mango powder, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala.

- Mix it well and keep it aside. Place a pan on the gas.

- Add oil to it and heat it well.

- Now add green chili and garlic paste, chopped garlic and chopped green chili and stir.

- When it becomes golden brown, add the marinated paneer to it.

- Cover it and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
