Ingredients for Bread Rasmalai:
White bread: 6 to 8 slices
Full-cream milk: 1 liter
Sugar: 4 to 5 tablespoons
Saffron strands: 10–12
Green cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped nuts: 2 to 3 tablespoons
Milk powder: 2 tablespoons
Method for Making Bread Rasmalai:
First, pour one liter of full-cream milk into a heavy-bottomed pan or wok (kadhai) and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Once the milk starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the milk thickens.
When the milk has reduced to about half its original volume, add the sugar, cardamom powder, and the saffron-infused milk (saffron strands soaked in a little warm milk).
Next, add the finely chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios. If you wish to thicken the milk mixture quickly, you can dissolve 2 tablespoons of milk powder in a little milk and stir it in.

Turn off the heat and let the prepared milk mixture cool down completely. Then, place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Afterward, take fresh bread slices and use a bowl or glass to cut out a round shape from the center of each slice. Just before serving, arrange the round-cut bread slices on a serving dish or plate; take the chilled Rasmalai milk out of the refrigerator and pour it generously over the bread pieces so they soak up the liquid.
Garnish with finely chopped pistachios and saffron strands, then serve.
