- First of all, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place butter paper or a silicone mat on the baking tray so that the biscuits bake well and do not stick to the tray.
- Now sift the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them well. This dry mixture will prepare the base for your biscuits.
- In another large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until it becomes light and creamy. Then add cumin seeds to it and mix well so that the biscuits get flavored.

- Now, slowly add the flour mixture to the butter and mix well with your hands. If the dough seems dry, add milk little by little and knead a soft dough.
- Sprinkle some flour and roll the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut it into the shape of your choice and place it evenly on the baking tray so that the biscuits can bake well.
- Bake the biscuits in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they become golden brown. Then cool down and keep in an airtight container. Enjoy with hot tea.
