Ingredients for Dahi Sholay
1 cup hung curd
Bread slices
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
Capsicum
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander
Oil (for frying)

Method

To make Dahi Sholay, first prepare the hung curd. Wrap the curd in a cotton cloth and let it sit for a while to drain all the water. Transfer it to a bowl. Beat the curd and add finely chopped capsicum, onion, green chilies, all the spices, and salt, mixing well. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to set.

Heat oil in a pan on one side. While the pan is heating, cut off the edges of the bread slices and roll them out. Place the curd mixture in the center, then roll and fold it. You can also use polythene to fold it. Fold it and then fry it in hot oil until golden.

Method

Making Dahi Kebabs is quite easy, but you still need hung curd. To prepare them, first take hung curd and then add gram flour, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and salt. Mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes so that everything is mixed.

Wet your hands and shape the mixture into kebabs. Now, fry them in a non-stick pan until golden brown. Once golden brown, remove the fried kebabs to a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
