Dear Comrade Hindi Remake Cast
According to a report in Mid-Day, Dharma Productions had been considering remaking Dear Comrade for quite some time, but the idea was always to find the right casting and tone. Therefore, they have carefully selected two names: Siddhant Chaturvedi and Pratibha Ranta.

Why Siddhant and Pratibha were Cast
Siddhant Chaturvedi's performance in Dhadak 2 was highly appreciated. He is considered the best fit to bring the necessary intensity to the story. Pratibha Ranta, on the other hand, is a perfect fit for the emotional arc. She was already in talks with the studio for another project and was deemed suitable for this role as well.

The makers will retain the original arc of the film in the Hindi remake, but it will be adapted for a pan-Indian audience. The makers are not treating this as a routine remake. The idea is to recreate Dear Comrade for a new audience without compromising what made the original film special. Earlier, it was rumored that Vijay and Rashmika would also be in the Hindi remake, but now Pratibha and Siddhant have replaced them.
