The magic of Bollywood star Ranveer Singh’s action-thriller film, *Dhurandhar: The Revenge*, is truly casting a spell on audiences. Even in its second week at the box office, the film shows no signs of slowing down. The movie raked in massive earnings on its second Saturday and Sunday. With this, its total domestic collection has crossed the ₹840 crore mark. Interestingly, this Ranveer Singh starrer has also shattered the lifetime earnings record of its predecessor, *Dhurandhar*. Furthermore, it has broken a record previously held by Allu Arjun’s *Pushpa: The Rule*.

According to the trade website Sacnilk, the second weekend proved to be exceptionally brilliant for *Dhurandhar 2*. After earning ₹41.75 crore on the second Friday, the film took a massive leap on Saturday, raking in ₹62.85 crore. On Sunday, this figure climbed even higher, with the film achieving a staggering collection of ₹68.10 crore. Thus, the film earned a total of ₹168.72 crore in its second weekend alone, bringing its net collection in India to ₹846.67 crore.

Dhurandhar 2 Breaks the Record of Its Predecessor
Within just 11 days, this Aditya Dhar directorial has not only surpassed the lifetime collection of its first installment—*Dhurandhar* (₹840.20 crore)—but has also outperformed it in terms of second-weekend earnings. Moreover, the film has broken the record held by the Hindi version of Allu Arjun’s *Pushpa 2*, which had generated a business of ₹812.14 crore.

Dhurandhar 2 Outperforms South Indian Films
To date, *Dhurandhar 2* has surpassed major South Indian blockbusters such as *RRR* and *Kalki 2898 AD*. Currently, its sights are set on surpassing the ₹859.70 crore record held by Yash's *KGF: Chapter 2*. Following that, the film will target the all-India collections of *Baahubali 2* (₹1,030 crore) and *Pushpa 2* (₹1,234.10 crore). Given the pace at which the film is progressing, it appears poised to make history.

The Story of Jaskeerat Singh Rangi
This spy thriller is based on the story of Jaskeerat Singh Rangi, a character portrayed by Ranveer Singh. The film depicts the circumstances that led him to become a spy operating under the alias Hamza Ali Mazari. Hamza infiltrates the underworld and political corridors of Lyari, Pakistan, emerging as a major kingpin with the ultimate objective of uprooting the region's terrorist networks.
