Jamun Sharbat Recipe

Ingredients
500g Jamun

1 handful of mint leaves

1/2 cup sugar or 2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1/4 cup lemon juice

Salt to taste

Black salt to taste

2 liters of water

Ice cubes as needed

Method
1. First, wash the Jamun thoroughly in water.

2. Next, add water to the Jamun and boil it.

3. Now, add salt, black salt, sugar, and black pepper powder to the water.

4. Ensure the mixture is boiled until the Jamun pulp begins to separate from the seeds.

5. Once boiled, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.

6. Now, mash the Jamun in the water using a masher.

7. Then, extract the Jamun juice and separate the seeds.

8. Add lemon juice to the extracted juice.

9. You may also add Chaat Masala and extra sugar if desired.

10. Finally, garnish with ice cubes and mint leaves, and serve.
