First Stretch
For the first stretch, we need to make a large circular motion with our chin. Lower your chin. Look towards one shoulder, then slowly look upwards towards the other shoulder, and then come back down. Repeat this circular motion with your chin four to five times. Now, do the same thing in the opposite direction (counter-clockwise), keeping your mouth and lips comfortably closed throughout.
Second Stretch
We need to move our chin to the side and try to bring our ear as close to our shoulder as possible. Now come back down. Repeat this on the other side, bringing your other ear towards your shoulder. We need to repeat this process at least four to five times. This stretches the neck muscles, and your shoulders should remain straight. Your shoulders should not be hunched up at all.
Guru Maa Hansa Ji Yogendra has given some tips to reduce a double chin. The excess fat that accumulates on the chin doesn't look good. To avoid this, you should keep doing something. The most important thing is neck exercises. You should lift your neck upwards every now and then. Along with this, do jaw exercises. For this, make different angles with your jaw and move your tongue in different ways inside your mouth.

Along with this, you also need to pay attention to your diet. Pay the most attention to your eating habits. Avoid foods high in sodium and sugar. Both of these cause water retention and weight gain. Processed and packaged foods, in particular, are very high in sodium, so avoid them. Reducing your sugar intake will also help with weight loss. Overall, weight loss will help bring this under control as well. So start paying attention to all these things from today.
