Ingredients

Potatoes – 5-6
Curd – 2 cups
Mint-green chili chutney – 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Tamarind chutney – 1 tbsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Rock salt – as per taste
Oil – for frying

Method

- First of all, peel the potatoes. After this cut them into squares. Now take water in a vessel and heat it on medium flame.

- Add a little salt to the water. When the water becomes hot, add the chopped potatoes to it and boil it lightly. The potatoes should not melt while boiling.

- When the potatoes are lightly boiled, turn off the gas take them out of the vessel put them in a sieve, and pour cold water over it.

- Now take a non-stick pan put some oil in it and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil is hot, add potatoes and fry them.

- Keep in mind that we do not have to deep fry the potatoes. When the color of the potatoes becomes golden, turn off the gas. Now take out the fried potatoes on a plate.

- Add curd, green chutney, and tamarind chutney on top of it. After this sprinkle red chili powder, chaat masala, and roasted cumin. You can garnish it with green coriander leaves.
