High-Protein Pizza: If you love pizza but avoid it due to fitness goals or a focus on a nutritious diet, you no longer have to compromise on your preferences. You can easily make a high-protein pizza at home that is both delicious and nutritious. This recipe replaces refined flour (maida) with protein-rich ingredients, making it an excellent choice for gym-goers, those trying to lose weight, and anyone leading a healthy lifestyle. Here is the easy recipe:

Ingredients for High-Protein Pizza
For the base: 1 cup oat flour, ½ cup gram flour (besan), ½ cup hung curd (thick yogurt), 1 teaspoon butter powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon olive oil. For toppings: ½ cup paneer (cubed or grated), capsicum, onion, tomato, sweet corn (optional), mushrooms (optional), 2–3 tablespoons pizza sauce, ¼ cup mozzarella cheese (as needed), oregano, and chili flakes.
Preparation Method
To make the high-protein pizza, first mix the oat flour, gram flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Gradually add the yogurt and a little water to prepare a thick batter or dough-like mixture. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Lightly grease a non-stick pan or baking tray with oil or butter. Spread the mixture into a round shape and cook lightly over a low flame (or bake briefly) to prepare the pizza base.
Spread pizza sauce over the base and arrange the paneer, capsicum, onion, tomato, mushrooms, and any other vegetables of your choice on top. Add some mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with oregano and chili flakes. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10–12 minutes. If you prefer not to bake it, you can also cook it in a covered pan over low heat.

How to make it healthier?
For extra protein, you can add chicken or tofu along with the paneer.
Include vegetables like broccoli, spinach, or zucchini for extra fiber.
Use less cheese or opt for low-fat cheese.
Ensure the sauce does not contain added sugar.
