The fast of Karva Chauth is near. Preparations are underway in homes. Every year, this fast is observed on the Chaturthi Tithi of the Krishna Paksha (dark fortnight) of the month of Kartika to attain eternal happiness. You can complete the Karva Chauth fast by visiting the temple after moonrise and offering prayers to the moon on Shiva's forehead. This method will bring you the blessings of the fast.

Silver Coin
If the moon is not visible, there is another solution. After moonrise, take a silver coin or a round piece of silver. Worship it, considering it to be a representation of the moon. Offer the Karva Chauth prayers to it. Then, break the fast and complete the fast. Because the Moon's auspicious gemstone is silver, observing this fast will also bring special merit.
