Onions are usually used in salads with food. Eating them is a different kind of pleasure. Still, they are not like the ones at the Dhaba. Crunchy, red Laccha onions enhance the taste of any food manifold. Preparing these onions is not as difficult as it seems; they are ready in a few minutes. You can eat them whenever you want. Now we are going to tell you the recipe for making Laccha onions with spicy pickle. To make it taste like the Dhaba, you will need a big onion. You can use red onion or white onion if you want.

Onion
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Black salt
Chat masala
Fresh coriander leaves
Lemon juice
Method
- First of all, peel the onion and cut it into thin and long rings.
- Now, put these chopped onion rings in a big bowl and add ice water.
- The odor of onion will also be reduced with ice water.
- Let the onions stay in this water for 15 minutes. This makes the onions more crunchy.
- Now, after 15 minutes, strain the onions and add chaat masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, black salt, fresh coriander leaves, lemon juice, and a few drops of mustard oil.

- Stir the onions well in a bowl and add salt or chili according to taste.
- Laccha onion is ready. You can enjoy it with any vegetable or dal.
