You can get many options in sweets, such as kheer, halwa, barfi, or laddu. If you like to eat sweets, then you can easily make these sweets and laddus at home. However, there are some sweets, whose market taste is liked by people. The reason for this is not being able to make that dish properly at home. Among sweets, laddu can also be associated with religion. During worship, laddu prasad is mostly offered to God. It is believed that Lord Ganesha likes modaks and Bajrangbali ji likes gram flour laddus. Therefore, if you are offering laddus or serving laddus in front of family and guests, then this time do not bring laddus from the market, but make laddus at home. You can easily make laddus of market-like taste and shape at home. So, follow some simple tips and tricks. The next slides explain the easy way to make laddus.

Tips for making laddus
Step 1- If you are making gram flour laddus, take some thick gram flour and sieve it well.
Step 2- Mash the gram flour well with your hands so that no lumps remain.
Step 3- Do not skimp on ghee for making laddus.
Step 4- While making syrup for laddus, cook it until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 5- Fry the gram flour on low flame and keep stirring, this will prevent the gram flour from burning and lumps will not form.
Step 6- Add water to the gram flour slowly and mix.

Step 7- If you are adding dry fruits to the laddu, then roast them well first.
Step 8- If the laddu feels sticky after roasting the gram flour, then keep it in the fridge for some time.
Step 9- While shaping the laddu, add some melted ghee, this will prevent the laddu from breaking.
