Ingredients

1 cup oats
Half cup peas
1 chopped tomato
1 finely chopped carrot
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon ghee
2 green chillies
One-fourth teaspoon of cumin seeds
Half teaspoon garam masala powder
Half teaspoon red chili powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Salt as per taste
Water as per requirement

Recipe

– To make masala oats, first place a pan on the gas.

- Add oats to it and fry till it becomes crispy. Now add ghee to a pan.

- Add cumin seeds and cook. Now finely chop the onion add it and fry for half a minute.

- Now add ginger and garlic paste and fry well.

- After this, add all the vegetables like carrots, peas, tomatoes, and green chili, and cook for 5-7 minutes.

- Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala in it. Mix well.

- Then add roasted oats and salt in it. Add water as per requirement.

- Let it boil for about 4-5 minutes. If the water reduces then turn off the gas. Masala oats are ready.
