When the weather is hot or humid, sweat comes out of the body so that the body remains cool. In the rainy season, the temperature is low, but due to the humidity, there is more sweating. However, if a person is sweating excessively, then it can be a symptom of a health problem. It should not be ignored; otherwise, the problem may increase.
According to Dr. Rawat, excessive sweating in every season can be a sign of health problems. Excessive sweating in the rainy season can be a sign of viral or bacterial infection. There is more humidity in the rainy season, which confuses the brain. This makes the sweat glands more active. Apart from this, excessive sweating occurs due to a condition called hyperhidrosis. Excessive sweating can sometimes also be a symptom of diabetes, thyroid problems or hormonal changes. According to experts, if there is frequent sweating without a reason, then it can point to a serious problem in the body. In such cases, the doctor can find out the exact cause by examination. Do not take the problem of excessive sweating in the rainy season lightly.
Humidity and heat during the rainy season can cause excessive sweating, but there are some easy ways to avoid it. First of all, wear light and cotton clothes, as they absorb sweat and help the body breathe. It is also important to bathe regularly and keep the body clean to avoid sweating. Use anti-fungal powder to protect against mosquitoes and bacteria. Stay in open and ventilated places as much as possible. Increase the intake of water and electrolytes to avoid excess sweating, so that there is no dehydration in the body. Use air conditioners or fans to keep your environment dry and cool.
