Natural Bloating Relief: If your stomach swells like a balloon after eating, you're not alone. This problem, called bloating, has become very common these days. Sometimes it becomes so severe that it causes heaviness, gas, and even difficulty breathing. People often ignore it, thinking it's normal. However, if it keeps recurring, it could be a sign that something isn't working with your digestive system.

The good news is that you don't need expensive medication to control it. Nutritionist Neha Sahay has revealed a simple, home-based method that can alleviate this problem in just a few minutes. This method is completely natural and requires just four ingredients already in your kitchen. If you're also troubled by bloating after every meal, this article will definitely help. Let's learn about this special drink recommended by a nutritionist.
Why does bloating happen?
Bloating usually occurs when digestion slows down or excess air enters the stomach along with food. Eating too quickly, eating too much oily or spicy food, or heavy meals can all lead to gas formation. Sometimes, constipation or dehydration can also cause this.
Nutritionist Reveals Easy Drink
Nutritionist Neha Sahay explained in her Instagram video that you can get relief from bloating by simply drinking a glass of special water after every meal.
For this, you will need:
-½ teaspoon fennel
-1 small piece of fresh ginger
-4–5 mint leaves
-½ lemon juice
-1 glass of warm water
How to make this drink?
1. Take a glass of warm water.
2. Add fennel, ginger, mint, and lemon juice to it.
3. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow everything to mix well.
4. After the prescribed time, strain the water and drink it slowly when it becomes lukewarm.
Make sure the water is not too hot, otherwise the nutrients in the lemon and mint may be destroyed.
How does this drink work?
1. Fennel:
The anti-gas properties of fennel relax the stomach muscles. This makes it easier to expel gas and makes the stomach feel lighter.
2. Ginger:
Ginger speeds up digestion and prevents excess gas from forming in the stomach. It also provides relief from cramps and heartburn.
3. Mint:
Mint cools the stomach and calms the digestive system. This provides immediate relief from heaviness and indigestion.
4. Lemon:
Lemon flushes out toxins and excess sodium from the body, reducing bloating and preventing water retention.

When and how to drink it?
Sip this drink slowly, about 15–20 minutes after a meal. It provides immediate relief to the stomach and helps expel gas. If you make it a habit to drink it daily after dinner, bloating will be almost gone within a few days.
Note:
-If you experience frequent gas or acidity problems, it's important to consult a doctor.
-Avoid excessively spicy or fried foods.
-Drink plenty of water throughout the day and stay active.
-Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly to prevent gas from entering your stomach.
