On hearing the name of rabri, anyone's mouth starts watering. This is a traditional sweet whose lovers can be found all over India. You must have tasted rabri many times, but have you ever tasted orange rabri? If not, then today we have brought its recipe for you. Its taste is amazing and those who eat it will keep licking their fingers. You can enjoy it as well as serve it to the guests. If you want to make a special occasion memorable, then this sweet dish can be trusted. Whoever tastes it once will demand it again and again.

Ingredients
Milk - 3 cups
Sugar - half cup
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Orange pieces - 1 cup peeled
Saffron threads - 3-4
Pistachios and almonds
Recipe
- First of all, peel and remove the peels of the oranges. Then freeze these pieces for about an hour.
- After this, put 2 cups of milk in a non-stick pan and cook on low flame. Then add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron to it.
- After this, cook it till the mixture gets cooked and becomes thick like milk. Then turn off the gas and keep stirring this mixture continuously.
- Now leave this milk mixture to cool down for a while. Then make this boiled milk a little smooth with the help of a hand blender.

- After this, keep this prepared rabri in the fridge for about 2-3 hours. Then take out the orange pieces from the freezer.
- After this, cut these peels from the back take out their pulp and keep it in the fridge. Mix the orange pulp well with the cold rabri.
- Now your orange rabri is ready. Then garnish it with almonds and pistachios and serve it cold.
