'Main Wapas Aaunga'
Directed by Imtiaz Ali, this film was originally released in theaters on June 12, 2026. It features stars such as Naseeruddin Shah, Diljit Dosanjh, Sharvari, and Vedang Raina. The film received widespread acclaim and is now making its way to OTT. It will begin streaming on Netflix on August 7.

Uyir
This is a Tamil-language film; the word 'Uyir' translates to 'life' or 'soul' in Tamil. Starring Roshan Mathew, Baiju Santhosh, and Athulya Chandra, the film will stream on JioHotstar starting August 4. The story is based on a police investigation inspired by true events involving Ajeeb, a trainee sub-inspector stationed at the Dharmadam police station in Kannur.

'Operation Safed Sagar'

This web series is also arriving this week. 'Operation Safed Sagar' was a historic and decisive air campaign conducted by the Indian Air Force during the 1999 Kargil War, aimed primarily at driving out Pakistani infiltrators hiding in the high-altitude peaks of Kargil. The series will stream on Netflix starting August 7, 2026, featuring Jimmy Sheirgill, Siddharth, Mihir Ahuja, and Abhay Verma in lead roles.

'My Life with the Walter Boys 3'
