In the present times, instead of enjoying it from outside, people prepare Kulfi at home. They have many flavors in them. Some people are very fond of eating Paan. If you also like the taste of Paan, then you can easily make Paan Kulfi. Anyway, there is no comparison to the homemade thing. You can enjoy pure things by taking the ingredients in a controlled amount. In summer, the coolness of Paan and the taste of Kulfi both seem amazing. This dish can also be served to the guests who come to the house.

Ingredients

Cream - 400 grams
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 4 tablespoons
Milk powder - 3 tablespoons
Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
Crushed dry fruits - 3 tablespoons
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pistachio - 7-8 finely chopped
Paan essence - 3 to 4 drops

Recipe

- To make Paan Kulfi, put milk, cream, sugar, and milk powder in a mixer jar.

- Now add bread crumbs, cardamom powder, Paan essence, and coarsely ground dry fruits and blend for 1 minute.

- Now pour this mixture into the kulfi making mold and keep it in the freezer for 8 hours.

- Take it out from the freezer and your special Paan Kulfi is ready.

- Take out the kulfi, garnish it with pistachios and coconut flakes, and serve.
