If you're bored of eating the same food every day, try making something special today... delicious paneer kofta in white gravy. This recipe will liven up your home-cooked meal and will surely win you compliments.

In a bowl, combine the grated paneer, mawa, half the cornflour, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Knead it into a soft dough to make the koftas smooth and delicious.
Now add chopped cashews, raisins, and cardamom powder. Form small balls from the paneer mixture, place the filling in the center, and seal them tightly. The koftas are ready for frying.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas over medium heat until lightly golden. Once the koftas are browned, remove them and set them aside to cool.
Grind the soaked cashews and melon seeds into a fine paste. This paste will give the gravy a creamy and rich flavor that's perfect with the koftas.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger paste, and green chilies. Add the cashew-melon paste and fry until the oil separates. Then add the coriander powder, garam masala, and red chilies, and mix in the yogurt and cook until it boils.
Add salt, sugar, butter, coriander leaves, and cream. Mix everything well and cook. Finally, add the koftas and cover for two minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Your delicious malai paneer kofta is ready. Serve with chapatis, parathas, puris, or naan. Everyone will love its delicate flavor and creamy gravy.
