The second skill is auditory, that is, how well we remember the things we hear. For example, English or Hindi alphabets or tables, children remember in a rhythm, but if this rhythm is disturbed, then they get a little confused. There is also a third method in this - kinesthetic.

When we understand things by touching and feeling them, those things stay in our minds forever. Children understand and remember any lesson in these three ways. This is also the case with books. Therefore, it is the first need that parents teach and explain to children in these three ways, and see which way the child understands quickly.

However, due to the National Education Policy-2020 and the new changes coming in the methods of teaching, a system of teaching in various ways has come into place, where children are not only being taught from books in school but they are also being given experiential education, in which education is being done in 3D form through charts, visuals as well as smart boards. Such creative methods of education are gradually being worked on in CBSE and State Boards, but there is still a long way to go.

Understand the specialty of the child.

If the child quickly learns the things you tell or the steps for any work, or understands them without extra effort, and also repeats the same things immediately or asks questions related to them, then it is obvious that he is an auditory learner.

For example, tell a story. If, in a short while, he tells you that story with your own words, then he is an auditory learner. On the other hand, visual learner children will quickly visualize the story related to the pictures and tell you.

A combined method of both will be very helpful in taking children forward. Just as the development of a newborn is multidirectional, where weight also increases along with height. Similarly, all three methods, visual, auditory and kinesthetic, should be used to teach and explain to children.
